Mediating Through Music

One of the most peaceful ways you can relieve stress and tension from your body is simply by clearing your mind. After your mind and body are relaxed you can start to enjoy some time to yourself.

Most of us listen to the radio at some point during the day. Whatever kind of music you like listening to you can find this a relaxing way of meditation. A lot of people find that exercise is a great way to relieve stress and tension from your body. When doing so, bring your walkman with you and let the music just relax all of your tension.

If you have a CD player get one of your favorite Cds and play it while you are getting things done. You can also record your favorite music off the radio for your meditation. One way to relax is listening to music while working on the computer.

If you don’t have a radio or cd player near you when you’re on the computer, you can still listen to music. Just go to a free music download site like lime wire and download some music onto your computer so you can listen to it whenever you can. You could even quietly sing along to my favorite music. It’ll help relax you and you can meditate about your day.

You could also play the keyboard, piano, or another musical instrument to help relax your nerves and ease your mind a bout. You don’t even have to be good at playing, just by doing so it can relieve stress and help your body and mind to unwind.

Playing an instrument or listening to music will help you use mediation to get work done after you have calmed down and relaxed a bit. Give it a try. What do you have to lose?

In the car, put on music to clear your mind and just relax and meditate while you are driving. You can also meditate by listening to music in a bubble bath. It’ll clear your mind and gather your thoughts.

So however you enjoy meditating, incorporate it with music you will find once you have released all of your tension you can then start to feel good about yourself.
