Those who mind the experience and spiritual wisdom are related to the Prophet or the Prophet fate after the incarnation.</p>
<p>Consciousness is your personal life that is purely beyond the thought process in mind. Awareness of your life, pure individual continues to exist with you in the subtle world of sound energy even after the death of a physical body. Awareness of your personal life is pure real source of spiritual wisdom. Consciousness can be experienced and witnessed until you unfold your spiritual wisdom, emotions in mind. Those who are aware of the experience and spiritual wisdom is holy or pious Saint linked to fate next incarnation.</p>
<p>The emotions of anger, hatred, attachments, property, etc. are always impulsive. It represents your impulsive karma of greed, fear and selfishness, yet. These constraints are related to your present moment of individual life. They are not related to a form and language spoken, but related to your present moment of basic individual life. The practice of controlling their emotions, consciously gives strength to remain happy even in the worst situations.</p>
<p>Observing emotion is consciously great meditation and spiritual medicine. If emotions are consciously taken as a taste of the conscious mind and complete, it releases stress from the mind and physical body and the freedom of its side effects. You can not really experience and witness of your emotions until you learn to organize your ideas with the memory of many subjects and objects consciously in mind. Disconnecting from the sense organs and thought processes of the simple mind is a work of meditation master.</p>
<p>Your thoughts memory of many subjects and objects of taste, hate, fear, hatred, greed, etc. create your selfishness. These constraints are related to the memory of past events, learn from others, the future of your imagination and selfishness in the individual life. These constraints are related to your subjects and objects formed, loved or hated or feared and your spoken language.</p>

<p>This happens simply because the world is evolving around dynamism and we all want to keep up with our times. But sadly, all this can cause a lot of stress and a wide range of emotional and physical problems. And this is precisely why we need the easy meditation techniques. </p>
<p>The first target of the easy meditation techniques is to bring us to a calmer and more peaceful state. Considering this, the easy meditation techniques need to be applied in a friendly, beautiful place, where no disturbing external factors can be found. We can either go to a loved place, in the middle of the nature, for example, or we can build our own private meditation space in the comfort of our homes. </p>
<p>Basically, this ambient needs to stimulate all our senses, to induce a state of calm and relaxation. Therefore, we can use quiet music, scented candles, diffuse lights or other such particular elements that can create a welcoming and suitable meditation space. </p>

<p>One of the easiest meditation techniques presupposes thinking about certain meaningful phrases that bring positive emotions and feelings. We can choose religious facts and ideas, philosophical concepts or simple words that have a symbolic relevancy to us. The basis of these easy meditation techniques is to repeat the selected words or phrases for minutes, while concentrating on the breathing and relaxation exercises. Furthermore, with every repetition, we should try to attach new and deeper meanings to our concept or phrase. </p>
<p>The meditation sessions should end at the point where we feel completely relaxed and free of stress and tension. Repeating these easy meditation techniques every day for a few minutes can bring a wide range of benefits in our lives, from increasing our energy levels, to stabilizing our blood pressure and helping us avoid stress and tension.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>A Simple Meditation Technique For Beginners</strong></p>
<p>Many individuals who approach the idea of beginning meditation are often worried that the practice will be difficult, or that they will not be able to concentrate enough to get out of it what they are hoping. While these are understandable concerns because no one wants to waste their time on unsuccessful endeavors, the actual practice of meditation can be much more simple than what many realize. For those that are just starting out and would like to determine if meditation is really for them there are a number of simple techniques that can be tried in order to make such a determination.</p>
<p>&#13;The idea of meditation is to clear the mind and make room for the subconscious and/or the unconscious to work on its own. Although this clearing of the mind is often explained as not thinking of anything you will soon find that such a task is nearly impossible. By telling your mind to not think of anything your mind will actually do the opposite and think of everything so a different approach to clear the mind must be taken. One way to help clear the mind is to think of only one thing. Although thinking of something doesn&#8217;t seem to quite meet the criteria for clearing the mind you would be surprised at how much this can slow and relax the mind which is ultimately the result you want for successful meditation. This technique leads to a simple beginning practice for meditation and can be achieved by anyone.</p>
<p>&#13;The whole idea surrounding this more simple technique of meditation is to become one with a particular object that you wish to concentrate on. A great example of this is to become the trowel while gardening, or the spoon while stirring a pot of soup. Whatever the object may be you just have to be that object and the task that that object is performing. You must think of all the days worries or things to do during this process but only the object and the task at hand. The task can be anything that you can wholly immerse yourself in. It doesn&#8217;t have to be altogether quiet when you perform the particular task but you do not want any interruptions while you are attempting to concentrate. The activity should also be something that you do often so that you can practice your concentration on a daily basis. This will give you a better chance at being successful in your meditation attempts.</p>
<p>&#13;This is only a very simple introduction to the idea of meditation in is not intended to take the place of tried and true meditation techniques. For those that have never practiced meditation in the past this will give them a general idea of what meditation is realistically like. After practicing this technique for a short time you will most likely find yourself wanting to and being able to move on to more traditional meditation practices. This technique will begin the path to discovering the true meaning of meditation.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Simple Meditation Tips for Beginners and Busy People</strong></p>
<p>The sad truth is that most of us are aware of the benefits of meditation, and yet very few of us actually have a regular meditation practice. Yet this article will show you what meditation really is and give you simple tips for incorporating it into your daily life without changing your current schedule.</p>
<p>So what is meditation? Meditation is about being fully present in the moment and in that moment you are aware of the truth of who you are (beyond your mind, your body or your situation).</p>
<p>Have you ever been in awe of a beautiful sunset so much so that you weren&#8217;t thinking about what happened five minutes ago or about what you were going to do in the future? And as you took in the majestic sunset, you noticed how you felt really alive inside. You felt pure bliss, joy or peace. And maybe even had a feeling like, It doesn&#8217;t get any better than this! Well that is meditation!</p>
<p>We often make meditation much more complicated than it really is. Just remember that meditation is about being present in the moment. Therefore, any moment can be your meditation. According to an international survey that I compiled (with results from people in 44 different countries) the biggest obstacle people face in incorporating meditation into their daily lives is: TIME.</p>
<p>We don&#8217;t have enough time to meditate. (I originally thought this was an American dilemma but discovered that this is a common obstacle for most people around the world). We all have only 24 hours in a day and most of us lead busy lives filled with work, family and other obligations.</p>
<p>Many of us barely have time to workout among the myriad of daily activities that need to get done. Well don&#8217;t worry; here are three simple ways you can start incorporating meditation into your daily life right now without taking any time out of your current schedule.</p>
<p>TIP #1- Don&#8217;t Wait-Meditate</p>
<p>Start by converting your waiting time into meditating time. The average person waits 42-60 minutes a day! Think about it: we wait on hold on the phone, we wait for computer programs to download, we wait for appointments and we wait in line at the bank or grocery store.</p>
<p>Yet, those precious moments spent waiting, could be converted to meditating time instead. So next time you are waiting on hold on the phone, take a moment to notice your breath. Or, next time you are waiting in line at the bank take a moment to smile from the inside. While you are waiting for an appointment, notice the aliveness inside your body.</p>
<p>Recently, while waiting for a dentists&#8217; appointment I allowed the aquarium in the waiting room to be my meditation. I sat there and noticed the vibrant colors and graceful movements of the fish. So allow waiting time to be your meditating time. If we each did this one simple thing, we&#8217;d have a regular meditation practice.</p>
<p>And the other great benefit to converting waiting time into meditating time is that you find you don&#8217;t mind waiting. I enjoyed being 20 minutes early to my chiropractic appointment because I thought, &#8220;Great, I can get in a 20 minute meditation!&#8221; Here&#8217;s what Amy Bush Bradley, a mother of three says, &#8220;I think the Don&#8217;t Wait, Meditate pledge was one of the best things I have done for myself.</p>
<p>It gives me such a pleasurable thing to do during normal &#8220;waiting&#8221; time that I actually look forward to going places where I will have wait time!&#8221;</p>
<p>TIP #2- Pick a Daily Activity in which to incorporate your meditation Another simple thing you can do is pick a daily activity where you can incorporate meditation.</p>
<p>Below are some examples:</p>
<p>* brushing your teeth<br /> * showering <br />* emptying the dishwasher <br />* walking <br />* eating <br />* folding the laundry </p>
<p>For example, when you brush your teeth in the morning take a few moments to notice your breath while you are doing it. Or when you shower, pay attention to how the water feels moving across your face or head. When you empty the dishwasher notice the placement of each dish or feel the aliveness in your hands as you put each dish away.</p>
<p>And yes, you can even practice meditation while eating. A participant in one of our 21 day meditation circles decided to practice meditation during her daily breakfast. She paid attention to her breathing as she ate. She noticed the texture and taste of the food she put in her mouth.</p>
<p>TIP #3- Have your dog or cat be your meditation</p>
<p>The majority of the population owns a pet, yet we don&#8217;t realize that our dog or cat can be our meditation. One time while meditating my cat Vinnie came up to me and started meowing. He wanted my attention. And rather than try to ignore him, I opened my eyes and started petting him. I noticed the feel of his fur while petting him. He became my meditation.</p>
<p>And if you have a dog, walking the dog can be your meditation. When you walk your dog have you noticed how your dog is just fully in the moment; taking in everything? Well you can do that as well! Next time you are walking your dog, take in your surroundings. Notice the colors and shapes of the trees, houses, etc. Feel your feet as they touch the concrete.</p>
<p>Our dogs and cats can also be great meditation timers if we allow them to be. Often while sitting at my computer throughout the day, Vinnie will come up and demand attention by meowing. I will stop what I am doing (if only for a moment) and sit on the floor with him and just be with him. As you can see, anything can be your meditation. Your life can literally be a meditation.</p>
<p>Those moments you spend throughout the day while waiting, doing a daily activity, driving or walking your dog will really make a difference in your life. If you implement any one, or more, of these tips into your life right now, you will have a regular meditation practice and you will experience more joy, more peace and less stress in your life and your relationships.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Simple Meditation Techniques Take Your Life To The Next Level &#8211; Reviewed By A Woman Just Like You</strong></p>
<p>For many years, I was always curious about meditation. It seemed to me to be linked in some perplexed way, to somewhere I was a little scared to go. I don&#8217;t know if this was because of something I had read or heard, or just fear of the unknown. </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
My first taste was when I was introduced to Yoga &#8211; what a fabulous &#8216;Haven&#8217; for exercise, relaxation, stress relief, balance and vigor this has been for me. Both meditation and Yoga)  </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Meditation is easy to learn and can be an important component to improving your mind and body. One of the 15 minute tools from The 15 Minute Life Coach series for women, is this 15 minute exercise to revitalize your mind and body:</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
The first step to practicing basic meditation is learning to breathe to aid a state of calmness and awareness. Try this 15 minute exercise to revitalize your mind and body:</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
*     Find yourself a favorite, quiet place where you won&#8217;t be disturbed and practice the following exercise for 15 minutes each day. Sometimes, if I can&#8217;t find the quiet at home and am going to be out in the car on my own, I park somewhere quiet and meditate in the car &#8211; this works really well for me. </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
*     Begin in a comfortable position lying on your back or sitting either on the floor or in a seat. If you&#8217;re sitting, (and that is preferable as there is a tendency to fall asleep if you are lying down) keep the spine straight and let your shoulders really relax. </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
*     Gently close your eyes focus your attention on your belly, feeling it rise gently on the in-breath and fall on the out-breath. </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
*     Concentrate on your breathing, &#8216;being with&#8217; each in-breath. (You will know what I mean when you try this) </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
*     Every time you notice that your mind has wandered, notice what it was that took you away and then gently bring your attention back to your breath and the feeling of it as it goes in and out. </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
*     If your mind wanders away from your breath, then try to bring it back to the breath, no matter what it has become preoccupied with. If thoughts pop into your head just notice them but don&#8217;t &#8216;buy into&#8217; these thoughts &#8211; just let them go.  You can imagine each thought as a balloon filled with hot air and then let the balloon (or thought) go and watch as it floats away.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Practice this exercise for 15 minutes at a convenient time every day, for one week &#8211; and see how it feels to incorporate this meditation into your life. Be aware of how it feels to spend time each day just being with yourself, being &#8216;in the moment&#8217; without having to do or think about anything.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
The benefits of meditation are huge to your physical and mental well-being.  These benefits include clarity of mind, increase in concentration and self confidence, decrease in stress and anxiety &#8211; it will energize your body and your mind.</p>
