<p>Many people who have never meditation for beginner often worry about doing it right. Many teachers and programs are available to teach meditation for beginners with several processes. These can be of great value when your inner guidance prompts you to explore. I like to encourage people to experiment to find their own way. The most important thing is to start. If you wait for the &#8220;perfect&#8221; program that someone else has developed, could delay the start or not ever start.</p>
<p> For you, the starting point would be to make a commitment to yourself to meditation for beginner or contribution may be thought a moment. Or maybe you need to start by sitting in silence for a short period of time. Or maybe you need to start by relaxing with soft music. Or maybe you will find that the best place to start is to observe and follow the rhythm of your breathing.</p>
<p> Meditation for beginner is very simple. Some people like to complicate it, to set strict rules and even ridicule those with different approaches. However, if you start with the premise that is simple, it is less likely to be too concerned if you are &#8220;doing it right.&#8221; Rest assured, at least a normal person who is doing wrong and at least a normal person he is doing well, because opinions abound, especially when it comes to meditation for beginner.</p>
<p> You need to find their standard. Listen to others only insofar as it helps you listen better to your own inner voice. And keep your thoughts positive as possible as you listen to the pure wisdom of your inner voice.</p>
<p> Find a quiet place where you unlikely to be interrupted. Indeed, one can meditate anywhere and in very noisy, but when you&#8217;re just starting, it is useful to select your environment to be conducive to relaxation and meditation for beginner. Successful strategies for meditation for beginners are slightly different successful strategies for long-term meditators.</p>
<p> Inside, choose a room that&#8217;s far from the comings and goings of others who might interrupt. As far as possible, choose a setting with pleasant sounds or silence. When the environment is less than ideal, you can relax or meditate, so it is important not to use inconvenience as an excuse.</p>
<p> Practitioners of meditation for beginner and experienced is also different from their other activities. As a beginner, it is unlikely to enter a meditative state just because you sit in a chair with the intention to meditate. You have to start to relax. And you need to practice &#8211; regular practice. <br /> After practicing meditation for beginner for a while, it is more likely to be able to move into the meditative state more quickly. However, even long-term meditators often need a different transition period. As a beginner, it is especially important to give yourself permission to have this experience pre-meditation if you need it.</p>

<p>&#13;One way to get the most from meditation for beginners is to create a &#8220;personal space&#8221; area especially designed for the purpose of meditating.  In theory, you can meditate anywhere. As you become more experienced at meditating, you will find it much easier to perform. Meditation for beginners is best undertaken somewhere quiet, peaceful, and free from clutter.</p>

<p>You have probably heard about meditation. Perhaps you think it is one of those silly new age style practices that has no real substance, yet you are still curious to try it anyway. Or maybe you have read a bit about it and have a bit of an idea of the real benefits that meditation can offer. Whichever applies to you, the purpose of this how to meditate for beginners guide is to give you a simple introduction to what meditation is and how you can start practicing it.</p>
<p>When a person meditates, the constant mental chatter starts to settle down, leaving behind a sense of peace and increased awareness. There a wide number of meditation methods, all with their own unique benefits, but in this guide I present to you a simple breathing meditation.</p>
<p>Sit in a comfortable place in a quiet room with subdued lighting and away from any strong stimulation of any kind. If there are unwanted sounds nearby, you can put earplugs into your ears if you wish.</p>
<p>Sitting comfortably with your eyes open, start to become aware of your breath. There is no need to try to control it. Just gently allow it to be, and observe its natural motion in and out.</p>
<p>As you feel yourself become relaxed, gently shut your eyes whilst still observing your breath. Start to observe your thoughts as they pass through your mind like clouds in a sky, without getting involved in them. Your goal here is not to try to actually do anything, but rather to just simply BE. Just be aware, and allow things to be just as they naturally are.</p>
<p>As you become even more relaxed, you might begin to become aware of different feelings in your body or your mind. You may start to feel lighter, floaty, weightless, or your mind may become completely blank. However, be careful not to make these feelings into a goal. You goal is not to make anything particular happen, but rather to just sit waiting, and notice anything if it does indeed happen. Just be the witnessing consciousness that observes whatever happens.</p>
<p>After a short while, begin to slowly open your eyes gently. As you now sit there with your eyes open, gently become aware of the room around you again. Just sit for a few minutes and be aware of your surroundings. Then once you are ready, carry on with your day. Try to do meditate at least once a day, but preferably twice.</p>

<p>How to meditate for beginners may seem complicated but it&#8217;s not that hard at all. If you want to make meditation a part of your life you will need to go to a seminar (this is often rather expensive) or get a course online this is often much cheaper and it hands you the opportunity to learn the basics and lets you find out if meditation is really something for you before you decide to attend a seminar.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Take these 4 steps as an introduction to meditate for beginners.</p>
<p>1. Pick a quiet spot. Find a nice, quiet space where you won&#8217;t be disturbed for a minimum of 15 minutes. Such as in a forest as an example. The natural environment will allow you to feel relax, including the birds and the wind running through your hair, or even in your own home you can create such an environment.</p>
<p>The beach or a green spot in the woods is my preferred choice because it makes it easier to use your imagination and listen to the music simultaneously.</p>
<p>Sit down and lay your hands in your lap. It&#8217;s not necessary to force yourself into a position that is not comfortable and that you cannot sit in without having pain. You can sit on a carpet or on any chair with your feet relaxed on the ground..</p>
<p>Make sure your back is straight and you are not hurting yourself.</p>
<p>2. Breath slowly and deeply. Close your eyes and start by breathing slowly inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. Nice and easy. Take your time to breathe slowly and deeply.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>3. As you are calming down, your body will start tickling. You are getting reaction from your body and mind. Just let it happen. When you are breathing intensely, you&#8217;ll begin to feel calmer and more relaxed. Keep concentrating on your breathing. If you have trouble focusing count your breathing from one to ten and then start over again.</p>
<p>If you find focus back. It will happen |especially in the beginning|several times especially in the beginning|occasionally at the start}. keep being positive, it will improve fast. As you develop more focus power, you will find it easier to concentrate.</p>
<p>4. After 15 minutes open your eyes and stay in your position for a few minutes. get up and stretch your body a little and try to hang on to the feeling for as long as you can to keep enjoying the relaxed feeling as long as possible.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Do this exercise each day if possible to help you relieve stress from a busy day. This exercise will put you on the way to becoming a different more relaxed person. Get your life back.</p>
