Hi again from poeticpaul it’s very comforting to listen again after all these years coping with my trauma’s just 2 weeks ago I had my worst panic attack ever due to an unusual trigger. ”someone asked me if I was all right”. this panicked me to an extent I charged on to a very busy road trying to escape, from what I don’t even know. but yet again I cheat death. with the knowledge life is still so special even though very painful. darlingdino check out my favorites for my video on P.T.S.D.
A very good and brief description but I was so disappointed that war veterans were given the majority of the focus with a quick mention of rape and abuse at the end. I’d like to hear more about it’s affects to victims of abuse instead of war. But thank you for the video =)
very real…its scary and i never went to war..
